For reservations made more than 12 weeks in advance a 35% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
For reservations less than 12 weeks in advance, the total is required on booking. An extras must be booked and paid for at this time, otherwise we regret that a £10 fee will be charged for each amendment to the booking.
To Proceed with the Booking:
We have two methoods of taking payment:
Method 1
Pre-authorise payments by debit or credit card and then pay by bank transfer. We regret we cannot take Maestro, Solo or American Express.
1) Please click here for the secure link to pre authorise the 35% deposit payment, (please use your invoice number as a reference) , alternatively you can call us on 01704 87 19 65.
This guarantees the booking so that we can then confirm the option.
2) We then ask you to immediately arrange a bank transfer.
3) Once the funds have been cleared into our account, we will cancel the card pre-authorisation, and send you payment confirmation.
4) Balance payment will be by bank transfer.
Method 2
Pay directly with debit or credit card - we are sorry we have to charge a 5% supplement for this method of payment for both types of card.
