Payment Terms - We require a 35% deposit with the balance due 12 weeks before.
Payment Arrangements - Payment is either by bank transfer (in euros or sterling) or credit/debit card (with 5% supplement)

To confirm your booking we need to pre authorise payment of the deposit on a credit card. This is equivalent to a card swipe.
We will email mail you an invoice with our bank details so that you can arrange a bank transfer.
The pre authorisation will cancel once we have received your bank transfer and a receipt and a confirmation invoice will be emailed to you.
If the bank transfer is not received within 5 days then we reserve the right to action the pre authorisation and the amount owing + 5% charge will be collected from your card.
