We regret that subsequent changes to your order will incur a £15 administration fee
On receipt of this form we will email you a quotation with payment details.
We require a 35% deposit with the balance due 12 weeks before.
Payment is normally by bank transfer, but to confirm the booking, we will need to guarantee the payment by pre authorising the payment via a card.
We regret we cannot take Maestro, Solo or American Express.
Please click here or ring us on (0044) (0)1704 871965 or or (00 33) (0) 450 37 with your card details, so that we can pre authorise payment of the deposit, (full payment for a late booking) plus 5% card fee). This allows us to confirm your booking.
We then ask you to immediately arrange a bank transfer. The quotation we email to you will have bank details. Bank transfers can be easily arranged via internet banking or telephone banking. We regret we cannot accept cheques or payments over the counter.
The pre authorisation will cancel once we have received your bank transfer and a receipt and inoice will be emailed to you.
If the bank transfer is not received within 7 days then we reserve the right to action the pre authorisation and the amount owing + 5% charge will be collected from your card.
